RECRUITMENT OFFICER (RO)

Responsibilities :
Advertise Job Vacancy on appropriate media, Track, screen and coordinate applications, interviews, doing Psychological Test, maintain for Man Power Planning and Processing administration new employee.

Requirements :

- Bachelor degree in Psychology and  profession program
- Having min 2 years of recruitment experience
- Strong proficiency of interview skill and in using various assessment tools Good analytical thinking
- Dynamic and flexible
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
- Fluency in English both oral and written
- Computer literacy
- Ability to perform under pressure with any kind of task
